Brief on the company and profile:
We are looking for a marketing coordinator at our Mumbai office. Our culture provides the fast-paced, entrepreneurial spirit of an innovative start-up company, combined with the stability of an established company that is growing quickly. You will be part of our marketing communications programs, including both online and offline programs to support corporate marketing, partner marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives. You will work closely with our product marketing, inside sales, account development, & global strategic alliance teams; and manage a group of outside agencies. This is a role designed for an individual with proven leadership skills who can think strategically and execute quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities
·         Assist in Marketing Programs and Marketing Automation - define, execute, and support demand creation strategy, lead nurturing programs, and partner marketing programs
·         Manage design and creation of sales collateral (digital and print) and reference programs (includes case studies, datasheets, presentations, white papers, podcasts, etc.)
·         Manage relationship with Web, PR vendors, external designers, copywriters, internal bloggers to produce high quality marketing materials on time & budget.
·         Create reports, analyze and manage marketing programs against weekly, daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets; conduct ongoing analysis of programs, and implement improvements to achieve goals
·         Remain abreast of relevant market trends, competition, and best practices in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the product and adjust plan accordingly
·         End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.
·         Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis
·         Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
·         Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
·         Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
·         Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement. Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable. Prior experience and training in online brand building would be a strong credential. Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship would be appreciated.
·         The candidate will be trained in job specific skill requirements during the induction and probation period. Strong Performance based Incentives and team targets will form an integral part of the job.
·         The role is an ideal preparation ground for more substantial roles in Marketing Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Launch, Analytics, Strategy & Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.
 
Minimum Qualifications
·         BA/BMM/ MBA degree
·        Online marketing experience (email, SEM, SEO, affiliate)
·         Strong interest in online marketing in a dynamic business start-up environment
·         Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
·         Outstanding quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
·         Strong creative sense, organizational planning, and multi-tasking abilities
·         Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teams
·         Experience using online analytical tools
